Symptoms of FileMaker Corruption

If your Filemaker database exhibits the following signs, c, your file could be corrupted:

  • Application is slow.
  • Multiple users report “beachballs.”
  • Application hangs requiring force quitting of FileMaker.
  • Repeatable FileMaker file crashes.

Send us links to your Files

All data contained will be kept confidential. We can inspect your files provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The file should not be recovered, cloned, or saved as a copy.
  • If you are able to create a clone of the damaged file(s) that shows the exact same symptoms, you can use this clone instead.
  • Files must be zipped.

Use file transfer services like www.dropbox.com, www.sync.com or www.wetransfer.com to send us a link to download your files. If you prefer not use to third party, please request that we create a file request for you to upload direct to our server.

Review and approve the estimate

After reviewing the file we will reach out to you to schedule a zoom meeting to go over your estimate and options available. If you want to proceed and approve the estimate, we will send you an agreement and an invoice for the non-refundable deposit to get started. Once the non-refundable deposit has been received we will notify you with date we estimate to finish creating a new file free of corruption.

Review and approve the estimate

After the new file has been created, we will send an invoice for the time required less balance paid, and a zoom meeting invite. In the zoom meeting we will go over the new file and the post-conversion damage report. Upon receipt of the balance owing, we will send the new file.
